IMPORTANT RETURN POLICY
- All merchandise returned for credit must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
- All "returns" must have prior authorization.
- We do not credit "returns" of any "unsold" merchandise.
- No credit will be issued to any returned merchandise that has been used for store "samples" and "try-ons" especially containing make-up or lipstick stains.
- Under no circumstances will credit be issued to any merchandise returned after it has been worn or washed, labels have been cut or shoulder pads have been removed. No exceptions please.
- We will, however, gladly credit any "damaged" merchandise sent to you in error by our quality control department.
- There 18 a 15% re-stocking fee for all returned merchandise.
- There is a $20.00 fee for all "bounce checks" & a 1.5% monthly finance charge for all "past due" invoices. No exceptions please.
IMPORTANT CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Slinky / Acetate
"Slinky/acetate" fabrics are all "easy-care", wrinkle-free fabrics. Simply hand wash or machine wash, gentle cycle, cold water, hang dry. Do not bleach or wash after a laundry cycle that previously used bleach. To preserve the vibrancy of its color, do not machine dry. To avoid discoloration, please use spray anti-perspirant. Do not use roll-on.
30% Silk /70% Velvet
- All Silk Velvet With "Fringes" - For Best Results, Dry Clean Only.
- All Silk Velvet Fabric Without Fringes May Be Machine Wash, Gentle Cycle, Cold Water, Hang Dry.
